Bimedia Academy

  • Provision of software for self-training, creating your products and configuring your cash register between ordering and installation (excludes payment collection)

- Technical issues: 6.00 am to 8.00 pm, Monday to Saturday, emergencies only on Sundays from 6.00 am to 12.00 noon
- Administrative issues: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Chat service with the customer relations centre accessible during its opening hours via the website, and available soon via the mobile application.
  • Next-day troubleshooting, or same-day service as optional extra(1)
  • SMS satisfaction survey after every call to the customer relations centre(2)
Option of ½ day troubleshooting in 95% of cases for any call before 11.30 am, or next-day intervention for any call after 11.30 am
